You. You are amazing. A peculiar mix of of dust, and stone, and living tissue, moving as a single aggregate consciousness. Within you exist 32.7 trillion cells all working closely to maintain this thing we call you. 
Every second 300 million cells die and are replaced, a number so extraordinary that every seven years no remnant of the old you remains, you are a new aggregate living on in memory of the old. 
Now take a deep breathe and hold it there for a few seconds. Within your lungs right now, there more atoms of nitrogen, oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, all the other little bits we call air, than there is breathes of air in our atmosphere. Now let that breathe go. Those things, these building blocks that you just breathed back out, will diffuse back into the world. That breathe will nourish every other human on this planet, from the queen, to the Daesh fighter. The Samaritan and the Jew.
So don't get caught up in this false narrative of conservative vs liberal, democrat republican, east and west, capitalist and communist, us vs them. The true battle is us vs corruption. Us vs starvation. Us vs hatred. Vs pain. Vs slavery. Vs ignorance. And vs apathy.
The true battle, which will never be won as long as we fight us vs them, the true battle needs to be us for them. That if it is between me and you, it is me for you.
